Join me for a Breathwork experience from the comfort of your home!

Breathwork is an amazing practice that allows us to tap in to the power of our breath and access profound states of awareness. It is a playful dance between the physical and spiritual realms, inviting us to release what no longer serves us and embrace what lies within. Anytime we consciously connect to our breath it brings us back to our spirit, our essence, our truth. It balances our inner world by connecting the mind to the felt senses of the body.

“If you let cloudy water settle, it will become clear. If you let your upset mind settle, your course will also become clear.”

When we can find the still point within and become really quiet, our deepest feelings and the truth will often emerge.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses a circular open mouth breath to slightly stimulate our sympathetic nervous system. This type of breathing allows us to purge the body and nervous system of emotional buildup. It is a self healing modality that helps to facilitate detachment from the mind and thoughts, and deepens the connection to your heart.

A session is around 1 hour, and it is best to give yourself a few hours of calm time afterwards. 

You will need:

  • A quiet space where you will be undisturbed.
  • Make your space cozy - a blanket and a comfortable place to lie down (or sit if you would prefer). 
  • A good pair of headphones or speakers. 

It is an informed ethical practice, honoring both of our personal boundaries as we work together.

I will support and hold space for you in transforming what needs to be explored and released.

Each workshop is different, and the quality and type of experience each person has is unique.

No prior experience is needed to join!

I will send out the Zoom Invitation 1 hour before the event to the email you provide.
