Reiki treats the whole person, focusing on the body, mind, emotions and spirit. This form of energy work creates the space within you for clarity, mental and emotional release, detox, peace, relaxation and overall wellbeing. It activates your natural healing processes, on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. In Reiki Level I you will gain the necessary knowledge and skills, as well as the ritual and ceremonial blessing initiation, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others. The combination of symbols and mantras will connect you to the Reiki universal life force. After the course, there is a 21 day self healing requirement (done on your own time), where you will be undergoing an energetic detox, peeling back and healing the layers of stagnant and old energetic debris. Upon completing the attunement and training course, you will receive a Reiki certificate and have the ability and knowledge to begin working as an independent Reiki Practitioner.
