This form of work creates the space within you to experience shifts in clarity, insight, mental and emotional release, calmness, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. It works to ease anxiety, depression, pain management, tension and stress.

In these sessions, I help you reconnect with the essence of your spirit and soul, bridging gaps that may have left you feeling fragmented. This work is about cultivating presence and self-awareness, empowering you to remember your inner strength and wisdom.

I address every aspect of your being, the whole person: mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Each session is around 1 hour. I use light touch, tuning forks, sound, and smudging. I also offer guidance in integrating mindfulness and presence into your life. Each session is tailored to your individual energy and needs.
