Anytime we consciously connect to our breath it brings us back to our spirit, our essence, our truth. It balances our inner world by connecting the mind to the felt senses of the body.
Breathwork is an amazing practice that allows us to tap in to the power of our breath and access profound states of awareness. It is a playful dance between the physical and spiritual realms, inviting us to release what no longer serves us and embrace the infinite possibilities that lie within.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses circular open mouth breathing to purge the body and nervous system of emotional buildup.
This is a self healing modality that helps to facilitate detachment from the mind and thoughts, and deepen the connection to your heart.✨
This type of breathwork can help release tension, pain and trauma in the body. It can allow memories and past experiences to arise for us to release. It can also help us reach higher state of consciousness, where we can reset and recharge our systems, and feel more empowered and find emotional freedom.
A session is around 1.5 hours, and it is best to give yourself a few hours of calm time afterwards. It is an informed ethical practice, honoring both of our personal boundaries as we work together.
I will support and hold space for you in transforming what needs to be explored and released.
Each evening is different, and the quality and type of experience each person has is unique. Whether you’re new to Breathwork or seasoned enthusiast, all are welcome.

Mindfulness and Cultural Immersion Retreat

This 4 day experience is held at a beautiful villa in Lagos, Portugal. Here you can summon your authentic self, explore your intuition, develop meaningful relationships with a small group of supportive individuals, and immerse yourself in authentic cultural experiences.
When you think about the word ‘retreat’. It really just means to take a step back. We can easily fall into daily rhythms, thought patterns, and programs that keep us trapped and make us feel stuck. If you want to move through something, it is much easier if you can peel back the layers, removing yourself from everything you think defines you - whether that be your culture, society, job, family, etc.
With these layers removed, you can find silence and observe yourself, and your intuition can shine through. Then you can make the changes necessary at your very core.
These retreats are designed with this theory of transformation in mind - removing you from your typical environment and holding a safe nurturing space where these shifts will happen.
The retreat includes accommodation, delicious meals, daily meditations, group discussions, reiki sessions, breathwork workshops, & yoga. We will also take cooking classes, SUP adventures, and explore the area.
